Starting at 3:33 you can see Oz putting his hand inside his right pocket and moving it in a way that suggests he was writing something. I'm almost sure he had some device in his pocket he was writing on that duplicated his writing (the name Umesh) onto a piece of paper inside his briefcase. and of course, at 3:42 he swaps the paper. No wonder he asked the lady to spell it out.
