    1:05 was how these should go down. Clearly a young driver looking the wrong way, hit the guy’s car, apologized, didn’t deny culpability or flee. Her insurance will cover his repair and hopefully she’ll become a better driver from this experience.

      The way he repeats "sorry?" at 1:00 is _not_ the way this should've gone down, it was so mocking and honestly could be perceived as mildly threatening by the way it was preceded by an aggressive "What the hell is wrong with you?" Cammers get pissed when people don't apologize, then get pissed when they do smdh

    7:03 After the guy backs up to let you in (or you could have waited a couple seconds for her to pass...), you had more than enough room to get past her. Agreed. Traffic control signs and road markings in parking lots are suggestions, not laws, in most jurisdictions, though insurance companies will usually use them to assign fault. Making the other car back up so he could exit his parking spot was OK. The rest was just pointless drama queen antics.

    • @tomoakhill8825
      @tomoakhill8825 7 месяцев назад +10

      Wait!!! _Both_ Robert L. and levitibbit9195 are utterly wrong. The truck driver backs up beautifully, into the spot with out hitting anything with the back end of his truck, so clearly the driver does _not_ need more "experience with backing." And this video clip should be a source of pride to the pick-up driver. He clearly is an execlent driver, who knows exactly where the rear-end of his truck is. Thus levitibbit9195 is wrong about "shame."

    0:28 little bit of education. If you come afross something like this thats in the road but not in the way, hit your hazards and tap your brake lights. also, if you see a semi doing this its because something is going on up ahead, we sit 10 feet above other traffic, we can see the whole road. You might only see traffic flowing but the trucker might see a pileup about to happen. Just flash your hazards a couple times to let people behind you know somethings up. If you really want to help call the police and they will send someone out with cherries and berries to block the road and remove it.

    Re: Clip #3, @ 0:34 in video - Cammer's vehicle MAY have been 'hidden' behind the left windshield pillar of the other car. Pillars on most modern vehicles are about twice as wide as they used to be, resulting in A LOT more 'blind spot' area. I've had to develop a new driving technique, shifting my body back-and-forth to see AROUND the pillar in certain turning situations (usually left turns in residential neighborhoods).

    0:17. Let me correct this: Rear and forward cam shows that I had PLENTY of room and time to stop camping in the middle lane and stay right, as I should. After this driver made an unsafe maneuver, I responded with an equally unsafe maneuver in speeding and tailgating.
    Cammer, you weren’t passing that guy in the right lane. Move over. Quit camping and you won’t have to deal with this stuff.

    • @sweetgracie1930
      @sweetgracie1930 7 месяцев назад +2

      There is no such thing as camping in the middle lane. There is a lane to his left where the guy can pass safely and not do something like what they did. The cammer was doing nothing wrong and the other car had no right to pass them on the right when there was no reason to.

      @@aaronlewis8948 Well most states I've lived in didn't allow lane changes in intersections, but even if legal it's just a very bad idea to do so especially if there is traffic waiting to turn at the intersection.

    • @jblyon2

      @krissimons1339 Even where it's not explicitely illegal, it's considered unsafe to do if there is other traffic around you, and unsafe lane changes are illegal. Basically, you have to be in a state where it's not illegal AND have no traffic around you for it to possibly be legal...
