After a lunch with a friend, I dive into cleaning and organizing before making a warm and delicious carrot lentil soup-the perfect recipe for cozy winter days. 🍲🥕
To wrap up this perfect December day, I enjoy some Christmas TV specials, adding to the holiday magic. 🎬✨

Recipes:
500 g carrots
1 tablespoon canola oil (or any other oil to your preference)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cheese cumin
5 dl vegetable stock
About 100 grams of dried lentils
2 dl coconut milk or oat cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
(1/2 -1 dl water)
crispy garlic in chili-sesame oil
1. Peel and cut the carrots and onion into small pieces.
2. Sauté onion cubes, garlic and cheese cumin in oil in a pot. Add the carrots and saute for a while longer.
3. Add vegetable stock. Bring to a boil and cook under the lid for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the rinsed, drained lentils and cook for about 10 more minutes until the carrots are cooked.
5. Finally, add coconut milk and season with pepper. Purée the soup in a blender until smooth. If necessary, add water until you get the right texture. Spoon crispy garlic on top of the soup portions.

I’m so glad you enjoyed the video, and I really appreciate your comment! The candelabra is actually a bit of a family heirloom from my grandparents, and I absolutely cherish it. It's such a lovely piece, but I only use it for special occasions since it requires a lot of candles and generates quite a bit of heat. I’m glad you like it though!
