    Here is a template email you can use to request a transcript from your university Dean's office (just copy paste it):
    "Dear " Dean's Office staff name ",
    Please could I request my transcript with the total course content (curricular) per year and the number of hours per subject/module. This is required for the application for Malta.
    The deadline for me submitting these documents is 20th July 15:00 so I would need a copy before then so I can send it off.
    Thank you for help
    Best regards,
    Your name"
    Once you have filled the application form and receive your transcript from your university then you email Malta:
    mcmapplications@gov.mt
    When you email Malta you will receive a auto-reply confirming they received your email within 2 working days.
    Here is an email template for you to use (copy paste):
    Hello,
    I have attached my application for the letter of intent. I have attached my transcript also. I will graduate from the 6-year md course at "your university name" in the 2024/2025 academic year.
    If there are any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Your name"

    Hi, so if someone is applying in 5th year, does their transcript have to include the hours and subjects from 6th year? Or will a Dean's letter stating the total number of hrs from 1st year until 6th year work instead?

      @InterMedPoland  9 дней назад

      Most people are applying at the end of fifth year. In which case yes your transcript will usually not show the hours and subjects that you will have in 6th year. So to be on the safe side you can send also a copy of your curriculum overview which will state what subjects and hours you will have in 6th year but also will show the total hours from the whole course. A dean's letter stating the total number of hours from 1st year to 6th year would also work.
      Tldr: Transcript from 1-5 is enough but best to also send a document confirming the total hours of the course (including 6th year) which can be a curriculum overview or dean's letter.
      In order to double check, we always recommend contacting the Malta Foundation Programme.

    I have a doubt regarding the letter of intent, so in the beginning we just have to fill the letter of intent pdf and send it to the email they provided on the website along with the other documents and just wait for their reply right?
    Because in the video it is mentioned that "you will recieve the letter of intent" so that confused me a bit since it is already provided on the website.
    And if I understand it correctly, there is a possibility for people to get a late reply from Malta regarding their application? Or do they have to get the confirmation from them before the deadline (26/07)

    • @InterMedPoland
      @InterMedPoland  9 дней назад

      Yes, send the application form and transcript/documents to the email provided.
      Yes, first they will email back saying they received your email and later they will email you with your letterof intent if you are accepted. The one shown on the website is just an example.
      When you get confirmation/letter of intent will depend on when you sent the application email but this may take place after the deadline.

      @@InterMedPoland Thank you for the detailed reply. Can I fill out the application form virtually? Or do I have to print it out and upload a scanned copy?

      @@opiniontime582 This is a good question and despite being asked this a lot I have never gotten round to finding out. You would have to email the Malta Foundation Programme to double check. Let me know if you find out!

    Hello, I graduated in medicine this year from Hungary. Should I apply for a letter of intent, or do I need to register for provisional registration? Could you please explain? By the way, the video had a great explanation.

    • @InterMedPoland
      @InterMedPoland  3 дня назад

      I am not fully aware of the situation for Hungarian students so these questions will help me answer.
      1. When you graduate are you required to do an internship in order to work in other european countries?
      2. When you graduate do you know if you are eligible for the UK Foundation Programme?

    • @fathimaraifa7748
      @fathimaraifa7748 3 дня назад

      @@InterMedPoland An internship from here is recognized as FY1 in the UK, therefore, I am eligible to apply for full registration in the UK. For other European countries, I need to pass their language exams.

    • @InterMedPoland
      @InterMedPoland  3 дня назад

      @@fathimaraifa7748 OK, so yes in that case I believe you will not be eligible to apply for FY1 in Malta. I am not aware if there is an F2 stand-alone programme in Malta.
      For the Malta application to answer your first question though, you need to apply for the letter of intent first, registering for provisional license occurs later on, not at this stage.

    Can non eu medical graduates apply in the programme like graduated from Ukraine or India ??

    • @InterMedPoland
      @InterMedPoland  9 дней назад

      Non-eu graduates I believe can not apply so students who graduated from India will not be able to. There may be a loop hole for Ukraine graduates but I am not sure. Have you contacted the Malta Foundation Programme to ask?
