I always watch your videos to calm me down because I have an infection in my throat and there's so much bacteria that my Doctor said It is wearing down my voice box and If this illness does not go away, It could make me not able to speak for the rest of my life. @@ytiff7321 You're right, those ones are way too dry. The shells absorb moisture from the fillings, so that's why the rest sound fine.
The smaller shells are over cooked. I’m a pastry chef and would always have to get rid if they were that hard. The big shells are perfect though.

I always watch your videos to calm me down because I have an infection in my throat and there's so much bacteria that my Doctor said It is wearing down my voice box and If this illness does not go away, It could make me not able to speak for the rest of my life. It's hard to explain but It hurt's everytime I swallow and try to talk. So I have lots of panic attacks due to that illness. Thank you so much.
