Probably because this is the first upbeat song from The Greatest so it makes some people feel like this is the only decent song (well many people expected BoA to cover a lot of heavy dance songs but she refused, she didn't want to do covers of them at this state of her career). To be honest, some of y'all are kind of disencouraging BoA's hard work to bring this special album for Japanese fans, so imo only Japanese fans can have a say on this album. We just gotta enjoy BoA's music and new BoA's music direction, BoA does whatever she wants now, she is no longer bothered by anything else.
