Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for, I tried to do all this myself in Canva Pro but the GIF option wasn't giving me a GIF, your explanation is perfect! and so glad you say GIF with a hard G hahaha
I've tried using the animated elements from Canva to make 112x112 animated emotes for Twitch but Twitch tells me there are too many frames EVERY time and won't allow me to use them, so I always end up having to go find a stationary element and use the 'auto animate' from twitch. It's super annoying.
I literally followed what you did but when I resize, the template is no longer a video and does not have the linear video pages under the template😪😪😪😪😪

When I hit resize on video, canva refreshes the page to a standard image page and doesn't crop the video.
Canva has clearly substantially changed and this video needs to be updated and remade....plzplz???
How do you make the green background on the gif emotes transparent?
