Bring back the Le-Mans-key!
What is le-mans-key
The key on the left. Which has been replaced by a button. I, myself, am indifferent. The history lies in the placement, not necessarily the key motif.

Agree on both the key and the none digital gage. Sad they’re gone for good.
Just wish you guys didn't downgrade the starter. Even a Toyota Camry has a better one. Bring back the LeMans key!

Are you referring to the little red button ? Thats the booster button not the start ignition. Which should still be the same as on the 992.1
@joe1807 no, I'm talking about the actual engine start button. It's completely switched for this gen, and a massive downgrade imo.
I agree, but you say 'even' as if the new Camry isn't a genuinely nice car in its own right - I know we're on a video for a sports-luxury brand, but still
I really liked the new 911 and it has very good improvements but it there was two things which I didn’t like
First one is the starter
Second one is the tachometer
Without that analog tachometer needle swiping through the revv range , porsche pretty much lost its character
3rd is the ugly front aero fins, debatable 4th the headlight squint lines, previous gen square array was nicer

You belong to those guys who say 'old is gold' and later complain about the outdated dashboard and no new innovation. Similar things happened with aston martin where people were complaining about the outdated interior until they unveiled the new DB12.

I rented one from Stuttgart Porsche museum last year and drove through the Alps. F1-->Porsche/Alps-->Goodwood. Still would like a hard top convertible.

Nice, a new Bettle. These changes will be tough, but folks will eventually got around it. Some did with no hand brakes, E-steering, less free colour options, no 6 speed manual unless it's a GT, hope a 7 spd manual variant becomes available. I was hoping for a 3.6L naturally aspirated (base model) with maybe a very mild hybrid motor, or the 4 models with EV front axles like E-ray. Impressed by the E-turbo, should help with lag. There has always been a Bettle/911 for every buyer throughout its existence.

Incredible. Love it. Would like to see long range hybrid options vs. electric only Porsches. Been disappointed with most of the hybrids Porsche has made thus far, but the EVS have been 10/10. I think we could get better MPG and lighter weight in the hybrids.

I am 28 yo, a UI Designer. I love screens, but they can’t compete with the connection you feel to the car when looking at physical gauges… please bring them back. As well as the Le Mans key. Then we have a perfect car.

I like the car, but I'm disappointed this video sequence. Constant shakes, Dutch corners, unmotivated camera turns. The video production looks cheap. But the car is great.
I am writing to Porsche and wish them good luck. Porsche's tuned cars are truly beautiful. Porsche's basic colors seem to be white, black, silver, red, and blue. I think it would be good to use the colors used in models like 1981 porsche 961 as additional colors. It would be nice if you could choose these pretty colors in addition to the basic color options.
I hope Porsche does well😊😊😊
