It’s impressive how Shoaib has played through so many generations of cricketers from Wasim akram to Babar Azam
Its not impressive at all. Its actually very poor and embarrassing for pakistan. This guy has missed far more matches than he has played. He only shows up during world cups. He’s achieved nothing, hes not even scored 2000 test runs and he has total 12 centuries across all formats.
It shows pakistan have nobody better than him which is a very bad look. So please use brains and dont hype him.
And fyi he averages mid 30s for all formats, including domestic cricket. Thst shows he is so so mediocre.

Not really. Nutrition is more of a pyramid than definitive answers. The most important thing to control is calories and the most calories sense macro nutrient is fat. Limiting carbohydrates has a role in weight loss but it's not as important as controlling calories (in vs out). More over a sportspersons' macro nutrition should ideally change as per the needs of their body.
A keto diet is not ideal for everyone for two reasons. Going in and out of Keto can take days. Secondly not everyone metabolises ketones in the same way. Thirdly it's not a long term option.
Even though the actual macro nutrient make up will change from player to player and situation to situation, healthy carbs remain a staple of a healthy complete diet and a high performing atheletes

Failed to make Pakistan no 1 test side which is an honor for any team in the world but misbah did that .... he scored fastest century in test a one time and almost snatch T20 world cup final from India ... and he lead a team full of politics and lobbying and was a lone warrior in batting many many times because of team politics..
@@shanirajput2621 its you who needs learn. Scoring fastest century doesnt make someone a legend. Legend is a big word and you should ask yourself whether scoring fastest century once can put someone in the league of Lara, Sachin, Ponting etc. obviously not!!
He “almost snatched” t20 world cup from india but how many times did he lose the world cup for pakistan against india with his slow batting? 2011 and 2015 world cup vs India , pak lost just because he was too slow… legend is someone like Dhoni who used to pace his innings to perfection and actually win the game fir his team, dhoni did that so many times but this guy simply lost games. And he didnt win the t20 wc against india, he got out…so getting out doesnt make him legend!! And yes he led pak to 1 ranking but he played all home games in UAE… i am not even going to waste time arguing with if you compare misbah panauti to imran khan.

@@bayek1802 @Bayek come on 2011 was a clear fixing by PPP govt I it was clear later on. Don't know about 2015 but team politics with umer akmal n hafeex group was there too.
And Pakistan didn't play all tests in UAE Pakistan beat England in england as well SA in Sa when SA was no one .
Pakistan was the only team till the end of misbah which one ODI series in SA against SA.
He led team after Shahid Afridi refused to do after 2011.
fitness levels of players improved a lot in his tenure and trend to better diet n modern level fitness started .
During his captaincy Pakistan defended lowest ever totals and bowled opposition all out more then any team else .
2015 world cup was not even so bad for Pakistan it was hard luck in aus match and then out batting was total flop in every match 2,3 wickets use to fell very quickly then obviously push him in recovery phase.
I am not comparing him with Imran but he was a good captain too .
and it's also a fact that becoming test no 1 is not a child's play and wining a series ODI against strong SA back then was not easy no team had ever done that till that moment and then India under kholi recently won but after many legends gone in SA team . so don't call him legend i you don't like but at least show some respect even wasim and Waqar whole world knows they kept fighting and lobbying within the team whole their careers and lost a chance to win at least two world cups with that might pak team ... and further they were fixtures wasim even caught and warned by judge in court his brother was famous bookie .. so at least misbah deserve respect for his clean career too and thankfully no such incident after 2010.
