Hi Jenny! Yes it is possible but will be a long day of bus/train travel (unless you have a car!) Probably takes 3 or 4 hours if you take a bus or train. I think you’d have to go to Gwangju U Square Bus Terminal (since it’s in Jeollanam-do province).. or 용산역 to Gwangju Songjeong train station then take a bus from Gwangju to Damyang
what is up with every tourist location in South Korea being full of information boards about tv shows rather than information about the nature. Instead of immersing yourself in a natural landscape you're immersing yourself in TV.
I've only been to thailand and europe where this isn't a thing, so I can't argue with that. It just feels like the tourism in korea is geared towards kpop and kdrama fans
Damyang bamboo forest, is it anyone can go? Or need to make appointment
Nami island is nice too
Nami island is pretty!
thanks for the viedo
Hi Anne! Is it possible to do a day trip from Seoul?

I think not entirely true, there are signs telling you about the nature and there are many sections with only landscape. Other countries do this too.
