Bike riding is one of my favorite sports in real life. You do have to adjust the handle bars and seat to customize it to your liking or yea you can cut off blood flow or create an uncomfortable experience. Also different bikes fit certain people better then others, it really just comes down to "try a bike at a shop and see if you like it" like you would a car. Mountain bikes, hybreeds, street bikes are all going to feel different. You don't even have to buy a bike from that shop if you like one get it online cheaper. Also of course tires, don't use the tires that came with your bike. Just don't, unless you plan on only ever riding on the most well maintained sidewalks and flat surfaces, get better tires. Tires can affect how comfortable a bike is to ride honestly more then the seat. Bigger tires means you can put more air in them leading to a smoother ride and less destroying your asshole. Though smaller tires might be better for flat surfaces.
The air sports one is all I played on this game, I loved flying around the island, I'd sit there for hours and play, I even wished I could live at Wuhu island, really wish they would bring it back
