This one is made of noodles with rich and flavourful orange sauce and various toppings like eggs, shrimp, squid, chicharon and tinapa.

The only issue I have with magic Sarap is that it’s overpriced salt sugar and msg mix, and these are common home ingredients you could add yourself.

Never thought Congressman Richard Gomez can cook. First time to watch his food vlog. His recipes are easy to follow, and since we all love to eat yummy dishes, thanks to Cong Gomez.
You can try adding about 2 drops of lihiya (lye) to the atchuete seeds mix and let it soak there so that when you add the water all the color of the seeds will come out easily.

This looks delicious! I add a little fish sauce in the making of the Palabok sauce. For the ground chiCharon or pork rind, I don’t add them to the sauce but just sprinkle them on top of the sauce on the noodles plus the other toppings of chopped tinapa, boiled shrimps, sliced hard boiled eggs, and chopped scallions. I love Palabok! One of my comfort foods!❤️
