I do not use TikTok, but I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD when I was 9.
Also, the term "meth" refers to methamphetamine. Adderall, along with other ADHD medications (Concerta, Azstarys, Ritalin, etc.) all use the active ingredient methylphenidate, which is used for treating ADHD and narcolepsy, which is why mistakenly taking that before bed instead of a melatonin supplement is so incredibly annoying.
