I like it how every single one of their albums has kind of a different style (Self titled having some Black Metal influences, SoD having a pretty dark vibe, The Tryptich being very Melodeathy, StGoH being their heaviest record, tWiaT was really Thrashy, True defiance had tons of fast Headbanging tracks, and Extremist really had some kind of Post-Apocalypse feeling to it) altough I need some more listens to get into their new Material (But I already love 'died in my Sleep'). But then again I remember back in 2014 I also needed a bit to get into Extremist and now I love it so I really believe this will be a good album.
As a new fun (but I've known them since last year, playing Killing Floor 2) of the band, Outlive is my favorite album! I think it beats Summer of Darkness. Outlive has a some vibe from Summer of Darkness's softness and deliverance, and as heavy as their last three albums.
Dang this is so good! Those lyrics are so hard hitting! I've personally been waiting for a heavy Demon Hunter song with clean vocals. Not to mention Patricks guitar work gets better every album he has been in. I love it!

I was already into metal when I found Demon Hunter, I've been following them from the beginning. While there's room for a couple songs with mellow vocals, the reason I got into them was because most of the songs had the "heavier" vocals ~ and with heavier riffs. I sure miss that! Summer Of Darkness & The Triptych will always be the best! Just my opinion anyways.... Oh, and I absolutely love the 1st song on The Extremist : "Just who do you think I am ~ I am Death!!! Wish they were all like that! If I want to hear something heavy, then I want it to be all the way HEAVY! AND PRAISE GOD WHILE I'M AT IT!

More of the metal style of Demon Hunter instead of the metal core style is fine by me. But I'm really digging the diverse selections of songs thus far on Outlive. Going to be an excellent album!

DH is the only band that I can say with certainty has NEVER released a bad song (in my opinion.) I love to enjoy their progression as a group, and it's like they reinvent themselves with every album.
AGREED IN SO MANY LEVELS! There aren't many bands who either get better every album or just change in a likable way. Demon Hunter is definitely one of those bands, that they've known their role since the beginning and know how to progress.
In the little experience I have had working on the side digging graves. They usually dig them 4 feet down. So its nice not hearing 6 feet down. Aside from the point of being half of 6 feet deep which he says 3 feet.
Still waiting for the unrelenting full throttle demon hunter I remember. This song is good but I'm waiting for the "storm the gates of hell" and "cruicifix" songs. Either way I'm still getting this album I love died in my sleep. Don't ever stop demon hunter!
