I hear that there are plans to upgrade the runways at LBIA, Mind you that was in 2014. Bloody awful runways they have at the moment. Flying from LBIA in the next few days again so I shall take a look.
Just like BA have screwed its staff, they screwed the governments regional connectivity policy by pulling out thus leaving LBA with no connection to the capital. Disgraceful!!!!!

IAE V2500 is like a baby RR RB211. They certainly sound virtually the same 🙂
Why is there a chime in the cabin a few seconds after take off ? It seems to be common to all Airbus narrowbodies.
