Do all 2003 gs300 come with stocked HID headlights? Because the past owner on the GS I have, decided to put aftermarket ballasts. I just wanted to know if I can just use the normal HID lights on it.
Hello Zxcking123 You might have some trouble with the bottom clips, but you shouldn't have any problems with simple jack-stands on the front of the vehicle.

Yes you can use HID's just get the right bulb size either H1 or H3

We really dont know if all of them came stock with HIDs. but any car without HIDs are able to use HIDs.

Are you using the stock harness for the headlights? Can you use HID lights in these housing's
What you could always do is splice into the wires. but that will void your warranty. But sorry we dont sell conversion kits.

Do you have to raise the car to do this or can you do it on the ground surface?
