It can be! Basically you don’t want to consume it at all or leave it on your skin for long periods. Raw forms of cinnabar sometimes have mercury near it. It really depends where it came from and what other minerals are near it. This is cinnabar in quartz with no mercury and honestly very little cinnabar. You can see through the wand in person.
