I'm currently living in lithuania and my spouse got TRP based on my student TRP. But my student TRP expires in three months and I'll not be able to extend his stay as im not a blue card holder. Could you suggest ways to extend his stay here??
You can apply to study again so your visa will be extended,and base on that his will too
Secondly if you can get a job to sponsor you ,then you will have a work permit and his status will change too ,or he can also look for a job with sponsorship and then that’s it ,hope this helps

Tourist visas don't really allow you to work, however, this gives you the opportunity to approach employers one-on-one during interviews and when need be, you can just move into a neighboring country before submitting your work permit because now you've gotten your Job offer letter/job Contract letter from an employer which is sooo hard to get when you're overseas.
This you can always negotiate terms with your employer and be smart about it.
