It's nice to see the RX7 back. I have a 100% stock RX7. I bought myself the same intake after watching your video. My goal is to get it to 300ish HP and keep it ask stock as possible. What are all your mods?
So the rotating assembly is lightened and balanced, the irons have a street port (not bridge port), high pressure injectors (i have to look up pressure and brand), the engine is studded (a bit of over kill), eddy intake, cold air intake (again, I will have to go to my receipts for the brand), 1999 spec turbos, smog pump delete, apex 16 bit ECU (I recommend Haltech though for better protection), dual oil coolers with thermostat, dual pass radiator, full exhaust, LYB shocks (not lowered), input a fan on the intercooler (beat mods for cooling) and high pressure fuel pump. For goodness sake, everyone overlooks the fuel pump. You need it to keep up with the injectors. I had an injector fail on dyno breakin, immediately blew an apex seal. Total rebuild on an engine with 4 hours on it! Argh! I think you're going to need a street port at the minimum to get that 300hp. Let me know if you need brands and parts specifics. I'm about to board a plane so it would be next week. Thanks for watching.
Nice to see some Actual HRE's on a Car under 100k 🤙🔥💯
They were definitely a present to myself. lol. Classic 300s. Had to keep it old school. Thanks for watching.
