Those instruments will need a total reconditioning or they could be totally ruined. THAT was rivers of rain for hours and those pianos had to be saturated.
It's just a camera issue. The spotlights used were so bright and the person recording didn't adjust the camera brightness making her look like she was glowing.
The exposure for the camera was set for the audience in the background but since Taylor is under bright spot lights, it caused her to be severely overexposed.
