I know this may be overlooked, but always stick dunk when you’re directly under the basket. In that little tiny half circle, it doesn’t matter how many defenders are there, what badges or takeovers that have, if you are in that dead zone especially with how op myteam cards are, the meter will always be as big as the whole damn meter damn near.

Also with the meter dunk it always depends on your position, if a defender is on your hip during a driving dunk then you’ll always get a huge green window, however if you try to do it while the opponent is directly in between you and the basket, it will be significantly smaller but not impossible to make
you can play on-ball. i switch to the center in pick-&-rolls. or i run a 2-3 zone and literally run the whole zone. i’ll switch to a player to keep him in a certain spot then switch back to on-ball almost seamlessly

Standing stick dunk if your defender is on the side or behind you like if you get an offensive rebound is a good time for it. At least imo standing stick dunks are little bit harder because they usually are super fast
Standing dunk meter in the paint when they are out of position under the basket and you have better inside positioning than them. It's gonna give you a green contact standing dunk everytime. The meter is so big there's no way you'll miss.
It's a lot easier to standing dunk when their in the way if u jab step in the paint or like if they are further away and you are trying to standing dunk just loopty loop try to get under the rim then infront of it, kind of hard to understand but kinda pause a second after you know you wanna standing dunk, also when they have their hands down.

Standing meter dunks are OP but no need unless you’re trying to get a standing contact dunk (aka there a defender down guarding you)
