is a Fios quantum gateway G1100 router, a rare router? lists over 3000 routers but i don't see that one. if someone can help please, or recommend a camera system that doesn't require a degree in computer software.

it does everything setting up the router but when i click to connect it does not connect even do all my ports are visible true canyouseeme, also it will not connect using the lorex eco app using ddns address username or password. nothing works
