I was directly involved in the case, initially Shyne wanted to plead guilty, but if he did he would have gone to jail immediately after pleading guilty, but because he had a new CD coming out and he didn’t want to be in jail when it did, he chose not to plead guilty. The gun he was carrying when he was arrested, was proven to be the weapon used to shoot the woman. That’s why he was found guilty and the others were not.
This dude will be the only witness thats needed once the trial begins! No need for anyone else. 😅
She’s not just coming out saying that she’s been saying that and I don’t believe double Jeopardy would apply to diddy because he was never charged. Now if he was charged and they found him innocent and then evidence now show that he did it then they cannot charge him that would be double Jeopardy I believe.
1st of all, Shyne was convicted on a gun charge ( you can Google it). There was no conviction nor a not guilt verdict or acquittal in the case with regard to shooting of the victim. So, yes can Diddy be tried on Federal charges absolutely he can. Gene is a former probation officer according to him and Diddy security. He has no knowledge of how the different Federal Agencies work. A probation officer is not a police officer / nor is a sheriff the same as a CHP officer either/ Homeland Security was created after 9/11 as a direct response to cyber crimes/ terrorism/ border security / immigration. The FBI is not the ATF as the ATF investigation is focused on firearms specifically. The DEA is investigation is specific to drug trafficking. Gene needs to speak on what he does know and not what he doesn't know instead of speculating on things above his pay grade. I have a 26 year career in law Enforcement from local/ state/ and now currently at a Federal Agency. The Federal government specifically The Fedz can do things that the state can not do. The Fedz have unlimited resources and play the long game. Will Diddy be indictment absolutely will he be convicted I don't know( but anyone who has any connection can and will be asked to voluntarily submit to an interview if they decline and The Fedz feel otherwise a subpoena will then be issued at which point the person can fight the subpoena but 99% of the time once the Fedz issue a subpoena they comply while accompanied by there lawyer for questioning.
You're saying that legally, the Feds can reopen the case. Since it's not a mvrder case and the victim has been monetarily compensated, would the Feds even bother with it? Also I'm wondering could a small bullet fragment have any evidence on it whatsoever after being inside someone's flesh for over 20 years?

I'm speaking specifically from a current Employee of a Federal Agency aka the Fedz and they have wide latitude in investigations. In certain cases the Fedz may not prosecute but the State can pick up the charges or the State can decide against prosecution thus the Fedz can pick up the case. The jurisdiction of Law Enforcement Agencies is wide with unlimited resources and support. If the Fedz decide they want to open a Federal Case with regard to the shooting they can at anytime. They have a victim willing to help with the investigation. So, when you speak about Law Enforcement be mindful that your local police officer or county DA is not the same as the FBI or US attorney completely different set of rules. But again for everyone speaking about Diddy they will be asked to voluntarily come in for an interview if they decline and the Fedz see otherwise they will issue a subpoena at which the person will comply accompanied by an attorney. Thus Glad saying he solved the 2pac case for which he did not. His proclamation that he will not cooperate sounds good but ( as he continued to insert himself in the case he is now relative to the case) while the Vegas may not need him. If the Fedz feel he has any information they will subpoena him and he will comply accompanied by an attorney.
