Arina, along with Rai, Mauru and Tesse, is fun to use. She’s one of the faster fighters and has great projectiles, too. I often use her “super” transformation defensively and her Arina Beam (Down to forward, A + B) to stun an opponent.
Thats strange. If you are playing the saturn version then maybe that could be a bit glitchy. As far as I remember the Arcade version seemed fine. Try updating the emulator you're using or finding another rom for the game and hopefully that may fix the problem👍

Use that with the finalburn neo core and try to see if it fixes it. I myself used retroarch in the past with wakuwaku7 and worked great. Hope you get it fixed buddy 👍
I Just played the game and choose arina,then ı read dialouges before match and learn she was going school made me wonder her age is. I m guessing worst case is 17... She's 14. Still game looks good.
