Quarantine made me do this smh. But now that I have all the stuffs that I need I could practice more and do more journals in the future haha.

If people are broke here, I recommend going to a local craft store like Micheals with coupons, a dollar store, or a department store like Target or Wal-Mart, or a bookstore if you have these nearby. There's some pretty good art supplies and stationary there without shipping costs, and there's usually easy to find coupons :)
sadly the Philippines doesn't have art stores just bookstores with slightly overpriced materials that's why online shopping is better it's cheaper online 😹
I guess you are a American, correct??? This girl and us are Filipinos... And we don't have stores like target, Amazon, Michael's, etc. We only have online shops and stores in malls like national bookstore, and a mall that's called divisoria...So yeah... We sometimes wish we have those stores... But Atleast we have shops to buy from... That's it
this actually helps me a lot! i've been wanting to start journal (thanks c-19) and i'm looking for hauls that could help me find some good shops on shopee to purchase some (bc this ghorl can't go to the malls yet). makes me more motivated!

You can buy a washi tape and a sticker and use any book you have at home. If you think you are into journal, you can buy more stuff so you will not feel regret. I'm waiting for my stationary arrive lol. After watching a lot of people making journal, i think i want to do it too. I bought a sticker and a washi tape too. If ilm into journal, i will buy more this Dec ♥

Btw, ive heard these paint are quite chalky and people recommend semiart over these. Just helping u out a bit, its not the person in the videos fault but the creator of these paints, an aesthetic cover but awful paints. Hoped this helped a bit 2 months later 😔✌
@@_Cloudist_ true. seamiart is better. i actually bought in their shop,, i bought the superior wc and it's very pigmented and not chalky! and it's waaay cheaper . i got mine in 42 colors for like 500php ? though they have this set with details brushes for 500+php and i heart those are good too!
