i got both the og switch and the lite. customizing the unit would be a near death experience in my personal view o-o like you just have one chance to make it right. but maaan, that design is just absolutely stunning.

You should try to use a heat gun next time or blow dryer for the skin. And, turn the joy thumbs upside down before you put it. It's a lot easier :)
Those skins were always hard for me to Apply I learned using like a blow dryer helps the heat from it melts it a bit making it more smoother finish
