The biggest music promotion and management companies and record labels don't want to work with artists, they want to work with employees. Anybody that can sing or play in a studio is good enough for them. This is why "popular" bands like Five Finger Death Punch sound fucking terrible live, because the singer can't do his vocals consistently. Rock, punk and metal fans despise auto-tune so much that overusing it isn't marketable to anybody so that makes it harder for the companies to sell terrible artists. Most popular music is straight from a conveyor belt. True one-hit wonders and people overusing auto-tune and nameless producers to make hits... they want new songs and new names to sell, they don't care if people like the songs or the artists. They want to be able to sell something new every week, something people also forget about in a couple weeks. That doesn't happen as much with smaller metal labels (like the label these guys are signed on, Fixt Music, which is an indie label run by one metal/electronic/rock musician, originally just for his own solo projects, like Celldweller or Scandroid, where he personally picks the bands on his label) since smaller labels don't have as close ties to radio stations, promoters, or production companies (that will buy anybody or make anybody sound good enough to sell, just to keep the cogs turning), the small labels need to search for good musicians who actually appeal to listeners. Start looking for smaller record labels and you'll find better artists. Massive labels are shoveling shit to keep making money, they don't care about the sound or the art. To smaller labels like Fixt, music isn't just a product. It's an art form. That's why they signed these guys.

leon pellington Think its a bit soon for a new album, especially seen as Warrior Sound took them 5 years to write and release. But they did release an EP called Warrior Soundsystem, its got 2 tracks they didn't put in the album, a Korn cover and 2 of their songs that have been remixed.
