Izzit Euros that didn't make your list but made mine:
Extreme Masturbation. The Early Demos. Riffs, riffs, riffs. Toms, toms, toms. Is there such a thing as a bass toilet? Like a huge porcelain shiteater in which to record the deepest thunderous turd vomit vocals? If not, I wanna know how some of those vocals got so ugly. This collection is well over an hour long, so I might be using this to palate cleanse the rest of these and the homework. While I can't sit through all of it at once, I also don't hate it.
Masturbation with a Bible. Drowned in Holy Vaginal Fluids. An intro with more hilarity you'll likely not find. Riffs and blasts and sacrilegious gore from the mouths of swine and Cookie Monster and film samples, just like you want it. Also some fun musical surprises here and there, like bass noodling, for example. I don't hate it.
AxUxTxIxSxMx. Soul of Broken Promises. They definitely want this to just be about riffs and what sounds like a zombie from The Walking Dead whisper-screaming, gurgling, chomping, wheezing... Pretty sure there's more back there. Drums are somewhere in the room. I don't hate it. (RIP 2023)
    Homework!
Heart of Man. Demo 2023. (RIP, Alan Rickman) This little hollerer of forgettable me hardcore has the worst vocals and the dumbest lyrics I've heard this side of... I dunno... Drowning Pool.
a.s.o. a.s.o. Oooooh, this is sweeeet. I love chill-hop. Impossible not to bob my head. This is showing serious love for Massive Attack and Portishead and not incompetently. I didn't care so much for the straightforward pop of "Love in the Darkness" but most of this is right up my alley and on both walls.
Jim E. Brown. Torture. What the actual hilarious fuck. This is 'tism rock and I'm here for it. It's weird and sad and well aware. Some spectacular merch too, btw.
True Widow. As High as the Highest Heavens and from the Center to the Circumference of the Earth. If this whole thing is as slow and low as the album opener, color me a fan. I've never listened before but remember the scenes making noises over Circumambulation. EotY lists and such. This sounds like Windhand calmed down, slowed down, sat down and napped. I loved every cut on this. Literally zero skips. I'm glad that there's a whole discography to spin. Checking their Instagram, it looks like they're sticking pretty local with their shows. I'm selfishly interpreting that to mean that they're busy writing. Eight years is a TOOL-sized silence between releases.
Eisley. Room Noises. With the very full album cover and the narrative of the opening track, I hoped this was going to be a concept album. Oh, well... Musically, this doesn't wow me at all, but it serves its purpose for what's happening here, clearly just a vehicle for the vocals. I wasn't prepared for all the lilting, and both I and it got pushed to the limit on "I Wasn't Prepared" and "Marvelous Things" and so on and so on. I stopped bothering to list every song she does that in. A falsetto (is this what this is? did I guess right?) is perfectly fine without flourishes. National antheming every stanza does not an emotional performance make. It actually strikes me as too performative to even be genuine, so your dancing around with the vocals is a distraction, m'dear. It's form over function.
Michelle Wolf. It's Great to be Here. Rewatched all three. Highlights of each: “If they’re fake on a woman… they’re fake on a woman.” and “So I called the police and now he’s dead.”/“It’s like we spent a lifetime with Michael Jordan and only walked away with a bad gambling habit.” and “Welcome… Jump on in, the water’s terrible.” and “You gotta keep abortion jokes early in the set. Y’know, before it’s a baby.”/Wait, was this filmed same place as the first one…? Like the middle of the set went best in Philly, so they just cut it into eps? Anyway, I’ve always loved Michelle. Besides her unique look and That Gotdamn Voice, I think she’s a brilliant comic. Best thing of The Daily Show since Jon left. (I’m a little “well, that’s unfair” about how much Jon’s Monday night return to TDS has bumped both in the zeitgeist. They were both stellar while separated.) Also, Michelle should be universally adored for her fully-open-mouthed-fry-eating ravenousness. Live your truth, queen.
Bill Burr. Monday Morning Podcast Live #3. I love Bill but I think it's a little self-important of him to "is this thing on" every time one of his statements that he thought would get a laugh doesn't get a big enough one. Bro, you're just ranting off the cuff. They're not roaring because it wasn't funny, not because they disagreed with you. You're a killer, but no killer is killing all the time. Just get to the next thought. He calms down about it after not too long though, seems to come to terms, so... I loved how much he hated that stupid couch. I laughed my ass off at the Working on Your Anger email readthrough. Still wild that he even does these things live.

Good news! You wouldn’t have to go all the way to Ohio to man-on-the-street me. I’m actually only about an hour from the Baseball Hall of Fame, which Kristina correctly said was in Cooperstown, NY. The northeastern headwaters of the Susquehanna is where I’m at. Central New York farm country.
Oh, and the Edward Norton magician movie is called The Illusionist with Paul Giamatti and Jessica Biel. It’s terrible.
