I did all of this, and still cannot get the right war to pair. They left war and right ear show up as different Bluetooth devices with different names. The left war shows up as JBL TUNE225TWS, and I can pair it with no difficulties, and the right war shows up as JBL TUNE225TWS-LE and will not pair no matter what I do.

Why dont you answer questions? What about pins? My Android asks for a pin, 0000, or 1234. They will not pair with my phone.

I had that problem at first, but when I turned both off like he said and then turn on the right bub by pressing until the light blinks white and blue. At that point I released and it pop up on my phone asking if I want to connect. Hope it helps!

To get pin while on your ear double tap the earbud but on the second tap hold it instead of just tapping... The earbud will speak the pin to you
