This snot facet definitely works well with blademail as its return damage is physical. The lower the enemies' armor is, the greater the return damage they take.

You'd wanna build stat items like SnY, abyssal blade and stuff and no need for attack speed items beyond that. I dont know where you took echo sabre from since its never been part of bb's build attack speed or snot facet.
