I was looking at this for all the foliage and brown parts, the grass, water and beach. That's about all I'd really want, so I think I've talked myself out of it for now. I've reached the collection size that makes it hard to justify buying new sets in general. They've really gotta shine at this point!
Well,you could make a pretty decent Ewok Village out of it. Or have Jason show up and chase your Friends dolls around. Or maybe a nice Sherwood Forest for Robin Hood to run around in. It's got potential but it's kind of stuck at potential.

this set does have a lot of unique parts, but the price is a bit steep for a friends set.

there is a lot of themes that can utilize the tree house. the potential part is the issue.
