Spear and Shield over Iron Defense makes skill 4 do more damage but you lose some Damage over time
I focused on Skill Cooldown mainly so I can spam Fireball (33 sec cooldown). I probably have too much Skill Crit Rate from the Passive. Having two Skill 1 out already gives me 95% Skill Crit. It saves me some time from casting only two of Skill 1 instead of three and saves MP from long battles. (But I use three Skill 1 if I want to it to be a Crit guaranteed).
DPS Rotation:
Easy: Use Skill 1 twice or three times, Use Skill 4.
Advanced: Use Skill 1 once, Use Skill 2 to get flame back to get extra Skill Power Modifier Increase buff(10 seconds), Use Skill 1 twice or three times, Use Skill 4 within Skill 2 10 second buff.
*You can use skill 1 and 3 whenever you want to clear mobs or on bosses. Cooldown is pretty low.
The only thing I think of to increase damage is a Gold Reactor. Of course Fire/Dimension, Enduring Legacy mounting. The best sub stats are probably Skill Crit damage, Dimension Boost, and Fire Boost. ( I like Skill Crit Rate too). Also the Fire External Components from Molten Fortress, and Complete Set Effects
You can modify the build however you like in the end. This is what I am enjoying right now. Open to discussions.

I can't say what stats we'll get cause any stat is good. but better stats will never be bad.
Can I fit Deadly ambush in here?, nvm I’ll give up deadly ambush but I just want to fit Skill expansion for range and extension for duration for a mobbing build as well. Ahhh I hate how this games mods cost too much it doesn’t let you use multiple builds it’s annoying.

Do you reckon this build will work for general purpose with Classic Chef instead?
I feel like Truly Deadly Cuisine mod is a must if you want to play the fireball since the it scales up Skill 4 damage a lot. But if you decide to use Classic Chef, i feel like you can cut some Skill Crit Rate mod. I don't know if my math if right but since the passive now scales to 5 assuming you're using Classic chef, you would get 5 X14% if you have 5 flame pools out, which is an extra 70% skill crit rate. So all you really need is a base of 30% skill crit rate max. I feel the play style would change from Fireball to relying more on the damage over time and Skill 3.
