Hog(or rein)+Lucio+Junkrat is a pretty good combo. Junk for the trap to protect your own flag. Hog and lucio to get the flag cause you have lucio speed and can heal with hog to escape and take less damage plus if you have your ult you can whole hog the enemy away from you when you have the flag
Hog Lucio yes, Junk no, junkrat just gets run over and can't keep up with the other supports and tanks. Quad tank/triple tank is usually the best for this mode.

I thought it was kinda weird that a masters team was beating the shock even though it was ctf, but after watching this video that might not have been that unrealistic.
