    Candidates Just know selection and rejection when they are ambitious about any opportunity in perticular company. And "on hold" is most sugar coated replacement for rejection.😢

    Second point is very true from the past couple of years. to mitigate that ask the interviewer about the requirement that you are being interviewed and is it ongoing or about to come or already signed up. when they stumble upon answering this question just move on you are not going to get offer, just move on dont resign if you are already working in your company. VERY DANGEROUS. from the past couple of years I do ask this question during the end of the interview unfortunately every interviewer gave some stories and stumbled answering to that question. almost everyone doing FAKE INTERVIEWS with no intention of hiring.

    The biggest misconceptions experienced working professionals have about our generation freshers is that once we are hired they keep this very wrong thing in mind that all of the advanced knowledge that they have from their work experience of all these years, we freshers are able to do all the same tasks all by ourselves, which is partially wrong. Yes we have been hired since we have some certification or college-taught skill but it's still on a basic level right ? No matter if we have done projects on it yet still we have to admit it just can't match the industry level projects. Who agrees with my opinion ? Reply or like ..

      Not working professionals, say it as managment. agreed. even though you are certified its not going to be the same. coaching is different and following according to domain, compliances, etc are altogether different ballgame it needs some real work to understand and gain experience. will these management people team teach their kids cricket and after one year send them to face shoaib akhtar bowling in international matches?

      This will force all technology and high performing companies to find another countries to set up their business. Consequently damaging economy of the country.
      Already we are suffering from brain loss to countries like US, UK, Canada, Middle East etc.
      Google this term "Why some people live in the world where everyone wants to play victim?"

    I have clear interview in Accenture but now they are stating below statement instead of releasing offer letter,
    Dear Sumit,
    We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening.

    Is there any solution on this ? if hr keeping us on backup , can we get it during interview or after selection ?Beacause we also on hopes back to back my three times offers on hold they giving me some other reasaon .instead of actula reason

    I gave an interview few days back like almost 10 days and the HR is saying your profile is on hold and interviews are going on .will update in a week what does it mean is it a rejection!?? I answered all the questions and two coding questions also

    Hi i attend interview on feb 9 got selected for cognizant i send my documents but there was mismatch in my pan card to correct that one week time gone after correction i send the pan card to cognizant hr she told me that currently your profile is on hold in my place other candidates selected she told me if your profile is suitable for any other openings hr will get back to you what to do now should i wait for offer letter or try any other company

    My First Name and Last Name is reversed in company pay slip , form 16, Reveling letter but (no spelling mistakes ) Eg: Gatamneni Pavan in Adhar but in company documents its like Pavan Gatamneni is this issue in BGV while shifting to other company???😢

    Hello mam, I gave around 30 interviews within last 3months without fear with confidence and positive mindset. I got some positive and some negative feedbacks on initial and technical rounds but no one processed my profile to get select. I don't know exactly their needs but I never faced this earlier, as i have switched 3 companies before and now struggling with the positive mindset. I unable to figure out on it.
    If you can give me some tips or questions for interviewers while concluding the interview that would be very helpful.

    Mam actually I received an email from accenture. I already received offer letter mam but in email they said pan card is not clear. But when I try to edit my pan card the edit option or update option is not there. So i mailed to background verification team regarding edit option. I didn't receive any mail from accenture team. Will they reply to mail or not. Please reply mam

    I f there is negative comments by interviewers why they put on hold they can straight away reject the profile right

    It's a coincidence that my offer is on hold 2 weeks and you made a video. HR told me that they are getting additional approvals, but i feel i should move on and try for next opportunity.😊 😊😊

    Hello Mam, very nice information...one question..
    In technical interview, Manager and his colleagues asked for current package and expected CTC in absence of HR, can we answer to this question?
    These employes will compare their salary with interviewed candidate and If candidate expected CTC is higher than current employees, then that might be reson for rejection

      Dear if the manager is your future manager, to whom you will report, they already know the CTC of their reportees, infact they are the final approvers of the CTC, as it gets deducted from the budget management gave them for the entire team.. so thats not as problem...
      but if you feel someone lower in level/hierarchy is trying to ask, then obv. you can't skip the question, answer that.. but in HR round do mention that the interviewer asked about your salary.. they will take care of the rest..

    have given only one technical interview, there was no manager or HR discussion to one of the company later that initial interview, HR says the lead who took the interview was happy with my answers and really good there will not be any further interviews. So, they have sent me an email not formal offer letter Didn't mention the salary details in the mail, says on the day of joining they will give me formal appointment letter with all the details and formalities required. Should I consider accepting that offer or reject? Yesterday I sent a followup email asking about formal offer letter but instead of replying to that mail HR called and said he will sent me salary breakup mail but didnt send me the same. Looks like something FISHY.

    Now these days there is a new trend company calls to the candidate for the interview and they took the interview and get the idea how to resolve their internal problems inside the organisation and after that company don't call to the candidates and don't provide that general reason why the candidate has rejected

      That can happen that is why its important if some company is asking to solve a significant case or is asking to create some process/doc from scratch, we should always be mindful and ask for payment for each spent hour on the assignment if its longer than 30 min.. also as a thumb rule these assignments are a common practice at high level profiles, but if a Jr. or mid professional is asked to do that, that can be a red flag..

    I got an offer but for a different location, not for the location i applied for. Now they have not reverted me back for my location change request. Shall I assume that my offer has been cancelled?

      Not really, it depends how much time it has been since you last wrote, if its only 2-3 days wait and send a follow up, if its been more than 2 weeks assume cancelled.

    After few days i called her she told me that our business requirements have changed..
    Hiring is on hold...
