I've heard people bleating on about light and luminous watercolours but I've never seen it until now. This is really fresh and bright. I can't wait to have a go. Thank you. 👌
Bellissimo. Grazie mille per le indicazioni dei colori. Preziosa esecuzione che mi aiuta tantissimo. Tutti video sono interessantissimi. Mille volte Grazie.
Oh, fiddle faddle😅 That's me! I think I get disappointed because I'm not a good artist and try to be realistic sort of. I need to loosen up. Not related, but there are very few art classes where I live, and there was a soft pastel class recently. It was really fun. It was a winter landscape. I was very pleased with mine. Thank you for a lovely tutorial. Edward would be really pleased.
... and I always thought copying someone else's work was not ethical.. but you can certainly give it your own touch & learn so much from it I guess, right?... I enjoyed this demo as much as I did your earlier ones too.. thank you so much for giving out some really inspirational tutorials
I made a note in my global painting notes that hills are comprised of 80% Cobalt, 20% Paynes Pray. I always struggle getting the correct hue in those bad-boys... Thanks for reminding everyone not to sign their names to this copy-written Wesson masterpiece. Great job, Paul!
Thank you, dear Paul, for this great tutorial. I always learn new things from you and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. 🙏
Thank you for several things! Wearing a poppy, a great tutorial and a tribute to Wesson. The simplistic design is beautiful. (And yes, someone may have mistaken your painting for the original without the crows! Glad you added them so there won’t be any confusion) ❤
@@giancastrioto3223Traditionally, the Poppy is worn during the Remembrance period, from the last Friday in October to the end of the day on November 11.
You said you "only managed a tutorial"? My goodness, this is wonderful. Love the painting, love the history, love the advice, love the music, love the opening, love you! And love to dear Margot, who has put up with me over the last few days.
Believe it or not I just finished painting this tutorial! Lol. My goal is to actually paint with you instead of just watch! I’ll go post in the group. Thank you for “rushing” to bring us another beautiful tutorial for us. ❤🙏🏻 God bless you!
I'd like to make a suggestion regarding signing. I absolutely think you should sign it as your version of his painting but you could write or paint in the white area below the painting the name of this Wesson painting so it identifies him as the inspiration. Another great tutorial as always. You are a fantastic teacher!
I love watching your tutorials and you make it look so easy. My paintings don't turn out nearly as well and I get frustrated. I am building my collection of good paints and brushes, so hopefully, in time, I will get better.
Thanks Paul, another great example of free and loose watercolor painting. I think we all strive to be more loose and free when painting but it’s tough to always be so. Your tutorials help to reinforce a more spontaneous technique and I thank you again for that.
This is great! I had never heard of Mr Wesson, but really glad you have done a couple of tutorials based on his work. The loosening up and minimal brush strokes are great, and it’s hard to do when you want to fiddle… I think that is the hardest part of watercolor, knowing when to stop. I hope to see more of these types of tutorials! Thank you Paul!
Well done, Paul. Love your take on this classic. The “original” by Wesson is now one of my favourite “simple” landscapes. Thanks for the intro to Wesson 🧡

Hi 🖐️ Paul dear! Glad 😊 to see you today as always on watercolor Wednesday! I now have a lot of work on drawing watercolors using all your templates. Some things work out, some don’t, but you gain experience this way. People say to become good artist, I need to draw 100 paintings in different genres, techniques, shades of color. I draw everything and I need to gain experience. Thank you Paul for the video, for the drawing tips and I give it a like, I always like it 👍. Take care of yourself, don’t get sick, be in a positive way and all the best to you dear Paul! Bye...bye...❤️❤️❤️💋💋💋👄👄👄💖💖💖🖼️🖼️🖼️🎨🎨🎨🌨️🌧️🌬️☔
Hi Adela!!! I can’t wait to see all your paintings! Yes the process of creating helps you grow as an artist! Keep creating! Hope you have a blessed day! Much love from Alabama! ❤️🙏🏻
Good afternoon, dear Jacqueline! I won’t be able to draw everything quickly, because... there are other things to do, ideas, but gradually 2-3 drawings are possible. How is the weather, is there a strong wind? Today we have a cold north wind blowing from the Arctic from northern Europe Scandinavia cyclone 🌬️🌬️ came to us. During the day we have +9 +11°С, at night +1+4°С🌨️🌧️ .Today I was not the first, unfortunately, because... Today in our house there was maintenance of gas equipment in apartments before the heating season, preparation for winter. Sorry dear, I’m going to bed (it’s 21:20 now) and I wish you further creative success and God bless you and your family!🙏🙏🙏🛌🤗😘🖼️🎨 💖💋

Thank you for your time - every lesson is worhtwhile!! Truly enjoy this style and loose painting techniques!! Your trees are always so beautiful!! I also enjoy the limited palette!! I tried the circle technique on my own (from last week) and appreciate the ease you made it appear - less water! It did work and I took it literally by making bubbles and a bubble wand with splatting and salt!!! Thank you again for making the time - nice action in the beginning!! LOL! ! I noticed the poppy - here's to remembering what war does and its losses. Let us learn!!
Hello, Paul Clark. I like so much to watch your videos¡ you always are in the mood and your way of teaching is fantastic. On the other hand your inspiration an art have not limitis. Bravoooo¡
