You need to create an android app, setup streaming in node mcu and control pin on the basis on streaming values

Hmm, resetting looks strange might be issue with code level or hardware.
For checking code level try using a simple blink program if it works fine then issue is with code.
I will suggest to use new firebase library for esp8266 and check if still issue persist
