cloning will copy all data of first row into second. if user fill first row then add new it will copy first row data into second.
in a row,you can divide it into 12 columns.why you are adding col-xl-12 in that row?

if your using php then u need to keep every inputs name with square bracket (its mean your input collect the array values) and when you insert the data in db then the loop will run
