I have a friend who doesn't even like dinos nor Jurassic Park films who told me this movie had better characters you could relate to.... Meanwhile as a dino/Jurassic Park fan, (have been since a child) this was my least favorite. And the ending was so damn weak with the Mosasaurus. Btw, Disney is remaking every film into live action films even though Beauty and the Beast flopped.
Aliens vs. Predator Requiem is the 1959 Ben-Hur compared to Jurassic World. What an atrocious piece of garbage. The franchise ended with the conclusion of Jurassic Park 3, and I'm keeping it that way.
I think the reason Jurassic World made so much money was because it was a breath of fresh air. People often say to me: "Ok but what else new and different can they do with jurrasic park that hasn´t already been done???" My answer and i know its never going to happen in a million years or in my life time:In my opinion they should go back to the roots of how the original Michael Crichton novel was. The novel was dark, gritty, brutal, bloody as hell, it wasn´t a family friendly adventure it was a straight up horror action thriller in the vein of something like James Cameron´s Aliens. If they ever make a Jurrasic Park that is balls to the wall dark and violent like the book is then i will be blown away, be extremly interested and have faith in the franchise again but nope they gotta keep being as ignorant as fucking hell and do the BARE minimum effort because "Nostalgia is everything and is the only thing that matters to people nowadays". So sad. Great job with the review.

I mean stuff like The Expendables, The Last Stand, The Raid Redemption, and etc. All Hollywood does is remake movies, base everything off of comics and books or true stories. Comedies are the same; it involves stoners, dick and fart jokes, and dick shots. It gets old after a while. The Last Witch Hunter with Vin Diesel and the newest Bond film Spectre, those are original ideas that are coming up next. I talk about this in pretty much every review I do. Comparing the classic films of yesterday to the overrated, overhyped, bland, unoriginal, uninspired shit that Hollywood keep shoving down our throats. It's not that hard to sit down and flesh out a good or decent story and create different. They did it 20 years ago, why can't they do it now ? And we wonder why grosses are down ?

You are factually wrong. Jurassic World was not perfect but what you're raging over is a non factor. Jurassic World was not a reboot or reimagining, it was a direct sequel to the original movie. There were many differences in the movies, you chose small and irrelevant things to nitpick at and try to prove your point. Jurassic World was like a love letter to Jurassic Park fans. There were so many homages and small details thrown in that only a hardcore fan would notice. The movie was handled with a ton of love and care. It was also deceptively deep with a lot to think about if you actually try to.
