@@redigitt As I said, there is no option in BIOS to create a RAID array. There is only CTRL+I option but this will create a MBR RAID and I need a GPT RAID volume, wich is not possible.

Probably the USB driver is damaged, with a PS2 mouse and keyboard try to update/search for the missing driver, restore to an earlier point or reinstall the OS.

The "Fixes EFI boot method for RAID hard drive configurations" is false. There is no option to create raid arrays in bios.
