Absolutely beautiful family house. I see in comments people write that this house is not suitable for living and fits just for summer vocations. I personally disagree. It might be more suitable for places with warmer climate, but definitely is good for living all year long. If someone doesn't like the presence of urinary in a bathroom, it could be easily removed. The only thing that could be changed in my opinion is moving that little closet for shoes, bags and clothes to the back entrance of the house and move there the main entrance. At the front entrance instead of that door, elegant glass door could be installed which could be used more for guests and visitors. I think it would make the house more elegant, but it is my personal opinion. Bottom line, the house is very beautiful and personally I would love to have this kind of house. It gives very warm feelings and wooden elements create cosy atmosphere. Whoever planned and build it, did a very good job.

This is a spacious vacation home with all the necessary amenities. The multi-windowed living room might be expensive to heat or cool, depending in its exposure. If rented primarily in the warmer months, facing north would be the better bet. There is lots of storage here, perhaps more than a short-term rental might require. The half bath includes a urinal, which would be welcomed by some but a turn-off for others.

No entry foyer with a coat closet. That's a no for me.

@@StephanieJoRountree One entry has hooks and a bench, but not an actual closet. The other entry has nothing. Like you, I would prefer a foyer with a closet. But if this is an AirB&B short-term rental, the tenants don't care what they track in, or how much heat escapes in or out.
