This totally bailed me out. Had been trying to reverse my esc direction on a brand new build and then ESC 2 started showing up as UNKNOWN. I hadn't even tried to write the reversal yet. WTH? So I went into the unknown ESC and used the ignore MCU option and it flashed just fine! :)
Bro how to flash Bluejay to BLHeli_S ESC (I got the cyclone one) without Betaflight controller? Maybe with Pixhawk or Arduino? Because i want to connect my ESC to ESC Configurator website using Arduino Uno (connecting Signal Cable to D0) but can't and it says 'Failed resetting ESC 1 - power cycle and try again'

Esc #4 on my tiny ape shows as unknown and the rest were updated. Quad still flys but it does a varial flip everytime I disarm now.
Try disabling air mode

Hello Joshua, can you setup an extended los antenna like a extension 20' tall on it own stand? Just a though i had recently!!!!
