Mutton Paya Recipe l goat trotters l इस तरह बनाये टेस्टी मटन' पाया रेसिपी
Aaj hum dekhege paya ka salan kis tarah banaye
Ingredients :
mutton paya (goat trotters) : 4
2 medium size : Onion chopped
3 bay leaf
2 cinamon stick
1 star anise
2 green cardomom
5 cloves
10 -12 black pepper
1 tbsp : red chilli powder
1 tbsp : coriander powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp hot spices
salt as per taste
1 green chilli
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 inch ginger
10-12 garlic
3 big spoon oil
