I got scammed even more worst. Bought 2013 Hyundai Elantra (85k kms) driven for 5L and later I contacted the 1st owner and he told that he sold car in 2,23,000kms driven for only 3.1L. Cars 24 flashed the ECM and cheated me. Later I sold car for only 2L 😒
Dont waste time, file a case in consumer court and ask for 7 L compensation and sell your car later ... people must file more cases consumer then only companies will be scared to cheat.
i have filed consumer case against cars24 in consumer dispute forum for selling accident car to my client. case is pending. in invoice also they have done fraudulent work. by stating two address, one is office address in another name and other is cars 24 address. so in petition we will be adding two address which is present in invoice. when we send notice by advocate or through court, postal cover is returned as no such person in the first address. in 2nd address that is cars 24 address, where company is working. but when the postal cover has court address they are not receiving the cover, if the advocate sends the notice without mention as advocate in postal cover they are receiving. judge is rising the question if address is not available, how would i issue warrant? the case is pending. if any update in case i will comment. because other people will get benefits. they will not attend the phone calls also.
They have fake addresses in all locations they mentioned on their website also..AUCTION process is FAKE... Just syndicating with local brokers. OLX & CARS24 both are inter-connected. You will get only car brokers calls if you put in OLX... YES CARS24 & OLX are scam and frauds for Car selling...

I finally exchanged for a decent price in the hyundai showroom..It's best to exchange in the showroom as they provide decent price and paper works are clean..

I used it for 6 years and then sold it to Cars24 for 4.25L. The selling process was smooth and I think I got a fair deal as the depreciation I had is only Rs. 1.75L for 6 years usage. But later I came to know that Cars24 have sold this car to a poor soul for Rs. 5.75L telling him that the car had only some minor accidents in the past.
Best place is FB marketplace... Nalla used cars vanga neraya per irukanga... General service pannitu direct ah sell pannunga... Make sure seller or buyer know a RTO agent. Get proper current address of buyer to confrm proper name change.

Here i want to mention a thing that is i did my general service for my ntorq in our cv garage and i got a best experience of service till date , previously i gave in tvs showroom they did the worst they can . Price is also very much reasonable and affordable. And in tvs showroom they only changed the engine oil and disabled the service indicator and applied Greece. But here i got it in brand new condition.thanks for the great service 😊

It's been 1.5 yrs since I sold my car on cars24. They didn't even mention anything about dealers buying our car. Till date, name transfer has not been done. They gave me an email to report, I'm same response every month like, we're sorry for the inconveniences. They're being a broker and not responding after selling our car. 😢

Then they said we checked records in maruthi and said he had issues in engine over heating in service records which was never the case. Finally they qouted a over the price i wanted. I turned down the offer and sold it 5k more in facebook marketplace.

Cars24 is a true scam! I had a similar experience in 2021. 4.5L worth of car was asked for 2.7L saying that's the maximum amount they could give.
