I remember waiting for this to release, years ago. Then it went silent and I never heard about it again. Was super excited about it and never heard about it again and just forgot about it until now. The power of marketing or at thevery least, waiting list/email notifications.
Hello I'm from Brazil. Watching a video, where Sid-Wilson from Slipknot talks about this sampler, I really enjoyed it. I'm from DJ-Beat-maker, such a tool would help me a lot in the creations, creating in noteboke is often tiring ... I hope it gets to Brazil. Very good tool ...
It's still not out? I was looking forward to this. We do have the AKAI MPC Live as new competitor now, but this is still cool as it is very small and more portable.
Yeah it looks like it would have been a competitor with the OP-1 years ago. It got stranded on the shores of time while the rest of the world's music gizmo tech evolved along - this thing was just hanging in cryo-suspension. It kind of looks like a smartphone mounted inside of a midi hardware controller. Akai already has the Synth Station 25 though. The industry at large realizes that musicians are a little tired of software and touch screen music creation apps - clicking and dragging chunks of audio and midi squares - friggen horizontal Tetris music haha...this kind of fuses both worlds although the GUI looks a little 16 bit Sega Genesis, but hey, better late than never and congrats on getting funded!
Wonder what happened to this. There seems to be no news the last year and a half. If I'd been part of the Kickstarter, I'd have started getting a bit annoyed about a year ago.
please add midi out and focus on making the sequencer CLEAN and easy to use! we have a million half assed toys on the market but smooth functionality, and durability rarely come hand in hand! midi, durable pads, and somthing which is not disposable !!!! even a ipad in a case would be ok if one could make it work! the ipad is still plagued by ap crashes and os updates that render our fav go to apps useless! we need portable but video game size? no, an octatrak is perfect minimum size! shrinking these things makes them too disposable, too limited and too crammed! anyone who is building such a device please contact me and i will invest in any way i can!
Dude this crap is still on Kickstarter 9 years later This thing's been on Kickstarter for like nine damn years Y'all never going to release this thing The only thing you've done is release the app version You've never released this version Like why waste people's time with this crap if you're not going to make the actual device and give it to people

@@pilleater Nah, sonicware releases stuff. I had the ELZ-1, it was pretty good. They might want to work on their form factor though.

Can I connect my computer to import samples to the kdjone?
What Filter/Modes are there? Are they Resonant Filters?
When is it comming out pleasee
Does it accept soundfont or only samples in WAV?
This is early prototype, right? This doesn't seem like a completed product
Will this ever come out.
Dude : can we somehow midi connect / synq. an external hardware ?
Does it have MIDI In/Out? USB host?
when is it out??
haosiii
does it have a speaker?
It would be great as record station, + sequencer for Volcas for example.
But as a standalone it is "no" from me.
Is it available?
It's still under development but we are going to run a kickstarter project to release the product.
so what's the price range on one if these bad boyz???
About a grand so not cheap
a nice idea but really needs polishing. this is for amateurs looking for a toy.
欲しいwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
We are never getting it guys
Can it be used as a sampler?
I'm curious about that one
and the COST??
around 48000 yen (350-450€)
