No, I meant is the house considered a historical property that has restrictions on what changes or additions you can make.
@@fredfonebone5108The owner explained to me that there are no restrictions, it's not historical so no problem. They renovated also themselves heavily. Of course changes have to be according to legality consulted by an engineer.
