100% agree you say, no need Canadian style resume, it is depending on how the interviewer think of your experience is . the format of resume is bullshit from those you tubeer said before.
@@as_apartners If you have expectation to get a job within 3 months, then you would find it is easier than you thought 🙂 From most of your vids titles, I feel you are seeing half empty instead of half full. Perhaps, you should try to see/think more positive, I know it is hard with last few year scars but it will do you good. Wish you well.

好開心睇到你地呢段片，依家都努力咁搵緊工，雖然係好唔開心有幾份工都係final stage但都係internal referral拎左個offer :( 但慢慢tune左自己ge心態，最後講得好好！
同意，不過send 200份有5 個offer都非常好，我都係唔同post一份generic resume, 真係覺得好match先tailor made. 而事實上tailor made果d feedback仲差過generic果d
到左Calgary好少自己會咁deep形容心靈雞湯部份講既情況比人聽，真係驚連A&W都唔請自己，形容得好貼切。

其實只要你願意做任何事，肯定會有出路.
只要做任何能讓你獲得經驗的工作，只是不要做“工作”, 做有晉升潛力的工作。 但我知道說起來容易做起來難

非常之同意~ 我個人覺得可以砌一份generic cover letter template (需要時就用excel input 職位同公司名) 外加一份portfolio attach to resume 已經好夠...
Mail merge, 其實好多CV 真係要顛覆以前嘅樣.例如考了什麼牌照, 有什麼考試同工作相关放先. 我又唔觉得一封信內容可以走到老. 可能lT工种比較standard 一睇就知識D乜
