I'm a barista and if you was wanting to make a cappacino I would recommend you put a 2 shot expresso into your cup first then using the stainless steel jug to steam the milk with (purely because the temperature and pressure of the steamer could smash your mug) then make sure lots of air gets to it and then clean the steamer. Once you've done that give the milk a little swirl around the jug and then bang on the side to get rid of any big bubbles. After just pour the milk over the expresso and tadaa a cappuccino :) I hope this helps and you have a tasty coffee x
Great video, have ordered one of these and have a quick question. Does it matter what coffee you use in it? Most of the ground coffees in my supermarket say they are for cafetières or filter, will they still work or do I definitely need the finer ground espresso coffee please?
