- In this episode we take you right onto the sandy waters edge where we find the most incredible campsite for a couple of nights. It's not without It's dramas, we'll take you through getting bogged down in the soft sand with the van, to showing you how we recover ourselves & what our exit looks like.

Didn’t help even when he did the u tern on the beach I thought he was going down to axle level.
@@peterbrewer1812 not sure what you were looking at, but the beach was firm and never looked or felt like sinking again.
should have aired down before you came on to the beach
The reason that decision was made was the lead car reported the sand being solid under foot & the entire beach section was, except for that 5 meters coming in. We were a lot heavier so that's why we sank as opposed to the lead car. You can even see during the footage the rest of the beach was fine. Hindsight's a great thing, but all good you can see it wasn't stuck for long & a great excuse to get the maxtraks out! 😄👍
