I will add another incident from the past: There exists a woman that Harry beat up so badly in the UK to the point she sustained significant brain damage and needs assisted care for the rest of her life. There was some whispers about this very tragic incident but when the Palace intervened they were swift to cover this up, I think under Prince Philips orders. It's not to say that Prince Charles wasn't mortified by his sons actions and its understood he was amenable to pay this family substantially for this unspeakable tragedy. A special clause within the settlement to keep this private apparently exists that IF it comes to light that Harry does something like this again, the family would be allowed to make what happened to their daughter public. Many people have heard of this story especially in the UK, maybe some of the details are a little different but the core plot points remain the same. It's truly so sad. These law enforcement records might have information on the first case I mentioned above, even though he wasn't prosecuted bc of IPP status. [Allegedly ] Within the last 2 years, PH was accused of SA on a woman in California. It wasn’t a case of him pinching a girls bottom; it was violent and indefensible. Apparently even MM went and bullied this poor lady threatening to destroy her life if she talked, and pressured her to accept a settlement in exchange for her silence. It's logical that law enforcement was involved in the beginning or upon learning about the victim and its not clear whether charges were pressed. Harry's IPP status saved him from prosecution at the time. He no longer has that now. Now does it makes sense why he wants IPP status back so badly?
I will add another incident from the past: There exists a woman that Harry beat up so badly in the UK to the point she sustained significant brain damage and needs assisted care for the rest of her life. There was some whispers about this very tragic incident but when the Palace intervened they were swift to cover this up, I think under Prince Philips orders. It's not to say that Prince Charles wasn't mortified by his sons actions and its understood he was amenable to pay this family substantially for this unspeakable tragedy. A special clause within the settlement to keep this private apparently exists that IF it comes to light that Harry does something like this again, the family would be allowed to make what happened to their daughter public. Many people have heard of this story especially in the UK, maybe some of the details are a little different but the core plot points remain the same. It's truly so sad.
These law enforcement records might have information on the first case I mentioned above, even though he wasn't prosecuted bc of IPP status. If this is correct, this is certainly far more problematic than a STIGMA!!
This might be what traps Harry and completely destroys his public image FOREVER. If these alleged crimes are true, Karma should have its way with him, he's been allowed to get away with far too much. I didn't think Harry has ever had IPP status HE LOST HIS IPP STATUS JANUARY 2020 He had it in Canada ( British Police and Canadian), but the hasent had it in USA
I don't see how you could possibly know any of this is actually true, and unless you do know it is true, you should not be stating it here as fact. One fact I do know is that H lost his IPP status at the end of March 2020. It was publicly confirmed by the Prime Minister of Canada that after 31 March that year Canada would no longer be paying for H&M's security due to their change in status. So if H committed a crime within the last two years as you are alleging, ie between May 2022 and May 2024, then he would not have been protected by having IPP status. This calls everything else you are stating so confidently into question. For example, if this alleged 'settlement' with a victim was supposed to keep the matter private, how come you know so many details of what it contains, right down to supposed special clauses? And to drag the late Prince Philip's name specifically into such a situation is disgraceful, since he cannot now defend his reputation. The words you use are telling: 'apparently', 'might', 'if', 'it's not clear whether', etc etc. Therefore I suggest that this is an entirely fabricated story, and urge people reading it to treat it with all due caution. I am no apologist for H, but equally I am not prepared to let wild rumour and supposition pass for proven facts. If we do that we are no better than H&M themselves, and their sugars.

Not federally. Some states decriminalized it, but federally, as in visa applications, it's use is still a federal crime, and it will deny your admission to America and cancel your visa application.
