It's either the weapon inspect or the settings button. You can do that by customizing your control layout, to center the dot you need a scope for reference then cycle back and forth from the scope to custom control layout to find the center..

By the way he isnt hacking, i’v done this many times but its rare its called wifi glitching, its when you scroll down at the top and turn the wifi off and on the peeking the corner and killing, its so op because the game lags you back like you’re on high ping😢
